Safety and Quality assurance Airport Services
This section conducts its activities through the following sub-sections:
Communicating with IATA, IR CAO, ICAO, and other national and international bodies and organizations, the Regulation Section obtains the most adequate up-to-date operation standards and keeps different sections and departments informed.
Monitoring the operations and analyzing the relevant data, this sub-section is responsible for decreasing unwanted events and ground accidents through cooperating with the ground handling unit.
Quality Assurance Section
Owning qualified experts in the field, this sub-section is responsible for monitoring and evaluating personnel training programs, auditing all domestic and international stations, and doing follow-up for the removal of the operational flaws.
Customer Service Quality Evaluation
This section is responsible for developing and employing different policies and strategies to promote the consent of IranAir passengers as its most valuable investment. It also monitors the behavior of the personnel and examines passengers’ claims, complaints, suggestions and feedbacks
